Offences against youth protection regulations on the Internet - lodge a complaint
Have you come across websites while surfing the internet that are not suitable for children and young people but are accessible? Then you can complain online on the jugendschutz.net website.
jugendschutz.net is an organisation set up by the youth ministers of all German states, which acts on a legal mandate and supports the Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media (KJM) in its tasks. jugendschutz.net checks content on the Internet and ensures that youth protection regulations are complied with.

Prerequisite
You have found a website which, in your opinion, fulfils at least one of the following criteria:
- unauthorised/illegal
- harmful to minors
- detrimental to the development of children and young people
Procedure
You have to fill in and submit the online complaint form. jugendschutz.net will review your complaint. If the website in question violates youth protection regulations, the centre informs the responsible provider and asks them to change the content accordingly.
If the provider does not comply with this request, jugendschutz.net hands the case over to the responsible media supervisory authority, the Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media of the State Media Authorities.
For Baden-Württemberg, the Landesanstalt für Kommunikation Baden-Württemberg (LFK) enforces any measures decided by the KJM.
